A ty rychl\u00e9 jsou obsa\u017eeny v medu, klasick\u00e9m b\u00edl\u00e9m cukru, ovoci atd. Rychl\u00e9 cukry dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed rychle energii, av\u0161ak nezasyt\u00ed na dlouhou dobu. Do sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku bychom m\u011bli za\u0159azovat oba druhy sacharid\u016f, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ty komplexn\u00ed.  Kdy\u017e se te\u010f pod\u00edv\u00e1te na tyto v\u0161echny potraviny, tak skute\u010dn\u011b mus\u00edte sami usoudit, \u017ee se nejedn\u00e1 o \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 drah\u00e9 suroviny. Oby\u010dejn\u00e9 brambory a pl\u00e1tek masa ope\u010den\u00e9ho na olivov\u00e9m oleji jsou skv\u011bl\u00fdm zdrojem v\u0161ech makro\u017eivin \u2013 sacharid\u016f, b\u00edlkovin i tuk\u016f.
