Klesaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1jem lid\u00ed o pr\u00e1ci ve v\u00fdrob\u011b nav\u00edc akcelerovala pandemie. Za uplynul\u00e9 dva roky do\u0161lo k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 prom\u011bn\u011b trhu pr\u00e1ce. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 tud\u00ed\u017e ve zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e kladou d\u016fraz i na tzv. m\u011bkk\u00e9 dovednosti. U sv\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f, jak vyplynulo z v\u00fdzkum\u016f, postr\u00e1daj\u00ed nejv\u00edce odpov\u011bdnost, spolehlivost a discipl\u00ednu.  Pro\u010d se neb\u00e1t n\u00e1boru pracovn\u00edk\u016f do v\u00fdroby v zahrani\u010d\u00ed K\u00fd\u017een\u00e9 vlastnosti i ochotu za\u010d\u00edt pracovat ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm sektoru tak jsou sou\u010dasn\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 nuceni hledat v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Situace je ji\u017e skute\u010dn\u011b akutn\u00ed, s nedostatkem zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se pot\u00fdk\u00e1 pln\u00fdch 60 % tuzemsk\u00fdch firem. \u0158\u00e1dov\u011b se po\u010dty m\u00edst, kter\u00e1 je pot\u0159eba naplnit u\u017e dnes pohybuj\u00ed ve stovk\u00e1ch tis\u00edc. Situace je aktu\u00e1ln\u011b kritick\u00e1, dokonce nejhor\u0161\u00ed za uplynul\u00fdch 12 let, varuj\u00ed statistiky. N\u00e1bor zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, mimo \u010cR proto m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, kter\u00e9 odvr\u00e1t\u00ed akutn\u00ed ekonomickou hrozbu. Nedostatek zam\u011bstnanc\u016f vede ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed produktivity a konkurenceschopnosti. Zahrani\u010dn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci p\u0159itom do \u010desk\u00fdch podnik\u016f p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed k\u00fd\u017een\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. Zejm\u00e9na obyvatel\u00e9 v\u00fdchodn\u00edch zem\u00ed, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad Ukrajina vykazuj\u00ed ochotu odej\u00edt kv\u016fli pracovn\u00edmu m\u00edstu do zahrani\u010d\u00ed. P\u0159ipo\u010dt\u011bme k tomu loajalitu, pracovitost a zru\u010dnost a nelze se jist\u011b p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 divit, \u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 se k tomuto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed uchyluj\u00ed st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji. Celkovou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, kterou tato situace klade na firmu, je v\u0161ak mo\u017en\u00e9 efektivn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit t\u00edm, \u017ee vyu\u017eijete slu\u017eeb person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentury. Ta je schopna d\u00edky sv\u00fdm zku\u0161enostem a kontakt\u016fm vyhled\u00e1vat optim\u00e1ln\u00ed kandid\u00e1ty na neobsazen\u00e9 pozice.
